Vinyl PVC gloves are not safe to use
Vinyl PVC gloves had been banned in several countries due to the following reasons:
1. Dioxins, a carcinogenic substance, is released during manufacturing, inceneration and landfill of PVC gloves.
2. Pathalates, another carcinogenic substance, can be transmitted to food materials when handling food with PVC gloves, and enter human body.
3. Bacteria and viruses can thansmit through the gloves, entering the food from our hand loosing the "expected" function of sanitation.
Latex or nitrile gloves are better choice in terms of food safety concern and environmental concern. Change now if you still using PVC gloves in your kitchen!
