(9-9-2017) Centre for Health Protection had announced an investigation is initiated after several poisoning cases were reported due to possible food contamination from a buffet dinner in a hotal restaurant  ( http://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/201709/08/P2017090800740.htm ). Food poisoning had been happened from time to time not only affect public health but may contribute the spread of multidrug resistance bacteria. On a commercial point of view, food poisoning case affects reputation of a restaurant lead to profit loss and may even force to close. Keeping good personal hygiene, practising effective food safety programme, work for the public, work for One Health.
